These three sculpture are called Space Scraps and Totems
by Eddie Villanueve
I Love these pieces because of the combination of strong 2-D components combined with a 3-D figure in space. The way the sculptures sit in the space is really cool. There is a very strong use of shape line and color in the 2-D backgrounds. The 3-d portion has amazing texture and color present. I love how the first one is symmetrical. It adds an impact when you see it. I also adore how the pieces are so different in design details but still obviously a collection. I wouldn't change a thing with these at all. Without the backgrounds I don't think I would like it as much as I do.

MIAD FEILD TRIP
I wanted to use this opertunity to for photography. I wasn't as much focused on objects of interest but more photography oppurtunities. The first photo was focused on the lights and shadows as well as line and shape. The second I loved the dirt on the background and it made me think of a magazine photo and made andrew be a model for me. The third was taken while we were eating and I just thought Kelly was cute eating soup. :) The fourth was of my spicy shrimp sushi! Sushi looks so amazing. The round shape playing with the harsh line of the chop sticks makes me happy:D I love the strong lines in the fifth photo because I usually do not enjoy strong lines. The sixth photo goes from a strong texture and fades into blurred figures. It reminds me of Aimee V's cute project from last year. The seventh photo is very similar to the sixth. The seventh photo was taken in the antique store thing near MIAD. Andrew was sitting on a couch. I really want to make this into a painting. The eighth photo was andrew looking expecially excited. It was adorable. The nineth photo was in the antique store thing again. I loved the shapes and textures and the composition. The last photo is of a bird paper mobile thing in a gallery. I took a photo of it and drastically changed it and now it looks like its out of metal or something:D
